Our chef, who has studied at hotel, Japanese restaurants, sushi restaurants, soba kappo restaurants, and creative Japanese restaurants, combines seafood directly from the Toyosu market with fresh ingredients that he discovers at the market in Kuala Lumpur to create "KL-style" Japanese cuisine.
